You may know why you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, but insight doesn't always heal what's held in the nervous system. Together, we'll work beyond words to help you find lasting peace, emotional freedom, and meaningful change.
I work with women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm and want a more embodied way of healing. My approach is trauma-informed and body-based, integrating Brainspotting, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Rather than focusing only on talking through experiences, we also pay attention to what is happening in the nervous system in real time. This allows for deeper emotional processing and can help shift long-held survival patterns like people-pleasing, hypervigilance, and shutdown.

Many of my clients have already done therapy or self-work and have insight into their patterns, but still notice those patterns showing up in the body. They are looking for a more experiential approach that works directly with emotional and nervous system responses.

This approach may not be the best fit for those primarily seeking traditional talk therapy or cognitive-focused work.
